Director Resignation
On November 20, 2023, Mr. Bertrand Velge submitted his resignation from his position as a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Quantum Computing Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately, due to medical reasons. Mr. Velge did not resign as a result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. Mr. Velge was a member of the Audit and Compensation committees of the Board and the Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee of the Board. In connection with Mr. Velge’s resignation, Dr. Carl Weimer joined the Audit committee and Mr. Michael Turmelle will became the acting Chairman of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
