On August 21, 2024, Grace Johnston, Ph.D. delivered her resignation as the Chief Commercial Officer of Quantum-Si Incorporated (the “Company”), effective
as of September 6, 2024. The Company has appointed Todd Bennett as the Company’s new Chief Commercial Officer, effective as of September 17, 2024.
A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Bennett’s appointment is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
