    324-home community offers attainable, elevated living in Suburban Atlanta

    ATLANTA, July 1, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Quarterra Group, a subsidiary of Lennar Corporation and a real estate investment and development firm, today announced the start of leasing at Emblem Mill Road, an attainably priced community located in McDonough, Georgia, southeast of Atlanta. The management of Emblem Mill Road will fall under the recent merger agreement between Quarterra Living, the property management division of Quarterra Group and RKW Residential, the property management arm for Alfred.

    Emblem Mill Road — a 324-home, three-story garden-style community with a modern flat roof design — is Quarterra's fourth Emblem community to accept applications in the Atlanta market. Quarterra's Emblem portfolio features communities built through a programmatic approach to reduce construction costs, delivering attainable and exceptional communities with complete amenities packages and designer finishes in convenient, accessible locations. Nationwide, Quarterra has delivered 8 Emblem communities to date, with more currently in the pipeline.

    Located at 243 Mill Road, Emblem Mill Road places residents at the heart of McDonough's main retail and dining district, with staples like Henry Marketplace, Target, Sam's Club and Home Depot, as well as several major chain restaurants, within easy reach. Outdoor enthusiasts can take advantage of the opportunities at nearby Panola Mountain State Park, Reynolds Nature Preserve, Alexander Park, Big Springs Park and Cubihatcha Outdoor Education Center.     Emblem Mill Road offers prime accessibility to all regional destinations. The community site is just off Interstate 75, which features an express lane to Atlanta, as well as east-west thoroughfare Jonesboro Road. Emblem Mill Road features 619 surface parking spaces, 30 garage spaces and four EV charging stalls.

    Residents can select from a mix of one and two-bedroom homes ranging from 738 to 1,194 square feet. All homes incorporate modern features like built-in Wi-Fi. Kitchens come equipped with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, shaker style cabinets, LED disc lighting and pendants over kitchen islands. Luxury vinyl plank floor is featured throughout, with carpeted bedrooms and walk-in closets. Bathrooms are adorned with quartz countertops and tubs/showers feature tile surrounds. 

    All residents have access to a well-appointed clubhouse with spacious social lounge, resort-caliber pool overlooked by an expansive veranda, fitness room with cardio and weight training equipment, multiple outdoor grill stations, package lockers, private nature trail and dog park.

    Emblem Mill Road joins Emblem Conyers and Emblem Riverside as Quarterra's fourth Emblem community in the greater Atlanta market. Emblem Grayson was the first Emblem community, opening in 2022 and sold in 2023.
