Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

The contents of this Item 2.02 shall be considered filed rather than furnished. On August 15, 2023, Ra Medical Systems, Inc. (the “Company”) filed a Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission that estimated that the Company will recognize revenues of approximately $96,000 for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 and approximately $181,000 for the six months ended June 30, 2023. The foregoing information is preliminary and is subject to adjustment when final numbers are reported. Adjustments could result from a number of factors including but not limited to the input of the Company's auditors as they complete the review process.
