On June 2, 2025, Ramaco Resources, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing the dividend ratio of its previously declared stock dividend for the second quarter of fiscal year 2025 relating to its Class A common shares to shareholders of record on May 30, 2025. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
