Mr. Lala joins Pega with over 20 years of experience in management consulting, enterprise software, AI, legacy systems modernization, and cloud transformation. He previously held senior leadership roles at IBM across IBM's Consulting, Watson, and Cloud businesses. Most recently, he served as vice president and worldwide go-to-market leader for industry solutions in support of IBM Cloud for Financial Services, where he led go-to-market and revenue growth for the core banking and payments business across IBM Cloud and IBM Consulting. Additionally, Mr. Lala was instrumental in the initial launch of the IBM Watson business unit, driving enterprise adoption of IBM's AI, expanding market reach via their global system integrators ecosystem, and scaling up revenues in the enterprise segment.
