Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.

On September 13, 2022, Raytheon Technologies Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release updating the Company’s full year financial outlook for free cash flow and reaffirming its full year financial outlook for sales, adjusted earnings per share and share repurchase.
