On December 5, 2023, Realty Income Corporation (the “Company”) closed its offering of £300 million aggregate principal amount of its 5.750% Notes due 2031 and £450 million aggregate principal amount of its 6.000% Notes due 2039, pursuant to a purchase agreement dated November 28, 2023 entered into by and among the Company, Wells Fargo Securities International Limited, Barclays Bank PLC, BNP Paribas, Merrill Lynch International and RBC Europe Limited, as representatives of the underwriters, and the other underwriters party thereto.
