Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On August 12, 2025, Reed’s, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “company” or “Reed’s”), issued a press release announcing financial results for the three and six months ended June 30, 2025. The full text of the press release issued in connection with the announcement is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
The company will conduct a conference call tomorrow, August 13, 2025, at 8:30 a.m. Eastern time to discuss its results for the three months ended June 30, 2025, followed by a question-and-answer period.
