Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Agreements of Certain Officers.

On September 28, 2022, Regency Centers Corporation (the "Company") announced the appointment of Kristin A. Campbell to the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective on January 15, 2023, and a report on Form 8-K was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission with respect to such appointment. On November 1, 2022, the Board appointed Ms. Campbell to serve on the Board's Nominating and Governance Committee and Compensation Committee effective upon commencement of her term as a director of the Company.
