Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On September 25, 2024, Michael J. Fox, notified the Board of Directors of Regional Health Properties, Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign as a director of the Company, effective as of September 30, 2024. Mr. Fox’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board of Directors on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
