Reported Late Monday April 10, Alpine Acquisition Corporation Receives Notice Of Noncompliance From Nasdaq

Alpine Acquisition Corporation (the "Company") announced today that on April 6, 2023, it received a notice (the "Notice") from the Listing Qualifications department of the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq") stating that because the Company has not yet filed its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the period ended December 31, 2022 (the "Filing"), the Company no longer complies with Nasdaq's rules for continued listing (the "Rules"). Under the Rules, the Company has 60 calendar days from the date of the Notice to submit a plan to regain compliance. If Nasdaq accepts the plan, it may grant an exception of up to 180 calendar days from the Filing's due date, or until September 27, 2023, for the Company to regain compliance.
