ResiBrands Announces First Paint It Forward 2025 Campaign Recipients
K9s For Warriors and Boys and Girls Clubs of America among first grantees awarded with transformative makeover projects
ResiBrands' That 1 Painter brand today announced the first cohort of recipients for its annual Paint It Forward national week of service. Paint It Forward 2025, in partnership with Sherwin-Williams (NYSE:SHW), will award recipients with a makeover that aims to improve the lives of people in the communities in which Paint It Forward works.
During the week of March 24, 2025, more than 100 concurrent projects will take place around the United States as part of the third annual Paint It Forward prosocial initiative.
Among the initial recipients of Paint It Forward 2025 is K9s For Warriors, the nation's largest provider of trained service dogs for military veterans suffering from PTSD and other invisible wounds of war. The Paint It Forward project at K9s For Warriors' Shari Duval National Headquarters in Ponte Vedra, FL will encompass a makeover of the living quarters where veterans and their service dogs live during the residential training program. Veterans spend three weeks training and bonding with their new service dogs, preparing them for life after graduation from K9s For Warriors.
"What sets ResiBrands apart from all other home services companies is that giving back is in our DNA and a fundamental requirement for all our That 1 Painter franchisees," said Steven Montgomery, Founder and CEO of ResiBrands. "We believe that ResiBrands needs to make a difference in each community that we work and Paint It Forward 2025 is designed to do exactly that. We provide a service, and we are of service, in every That 1 Painter market."
"This is the third year that we have worked with That 1 Painter for its annual Paint It Forward campaign and we are grateful for their continued support of our mission to save Veteran lives," said Daniel Bean, CEO of K9s For Warriors. "Because of their commitment to our organization, we can give our nation's heroes what they deserve: the best environment to begin healing with their new Service Dogs."
A diverse group of nonprofits including Harmony Hills Elementary, Montgomery County Homeless Coalition, Boys and Girls Club of Lake Lanier, Cancer Alliance Network, Rebels in the Garden and La Petite Academy are among the other recipients of Paint It Forward 2025 that were announced today.
That 1 Painter, a ResiBrand company, was founded by CEO Steven Montgomery in 2011 and is currently the largest painting company in the United States by territory. Entrepreneur Media named That 1 Painter one of the "Top New and Emerging Franchises" in 2024 and 2025. Paint It Forward is part of ResiBrands' ResiCares Campaign to uplift and serve fellow human beings.
