On April 2, 2025, Resources Connection, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter of fiscal 2025, which ended on February 22, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
