On August 15, 2024, ReWalk Robotics Ltd. (the “Company,” “we” or “us”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024. A copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. As set forth in the press release, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2024, on August 15, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. E.D.T.
