On January 29, 2024, ReWalk Robotics Ltd. issued a press release announcing that it will begin doing business as Lifeward™, effective on
January 29, 2024, and its Ordinary Shares will begin trading on The Nasdaq Capital Market under the new ticker symbol “LFWD” prior to market open on January 30, 2024. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated
herein by reference.
