On April 23, 2025, Rezolute, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (the “Interim Analysis Press Release”) announcing a positive recommendation received after an independent interim analysis of the Company’s Phase 3 sunRize study. A copy of the Interim Analysis Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
