Item 2.02         Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On March 17, 2025, RF Industries, Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing information regarding the Company’s financial results for the first quarter ended January 31, 2025. A copy of the press release is attached to this Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
