Adler has more than 20 years of cross-industry experience helping organizations navigate complex transformation programs, drive operational improvements, and deliver measurable results. She joined RGP in 2019 as part of the firm's acquisition of Veracity Consulting, which she co-founded in 2015. Prior to co-founding Veracity, Adler held leadership roles within ICF's digital consulting unit, where she served as both Principal and Director supporting complex transformation programs across government and commercial sectors.
