Rithm Property Trust Inc. Declares Fourth Quarter 2025 Common and Preferred Dividends

Rithm Property Trust Inc. (NYSE:RPT, "Rithm Property Trust" or the "Company")) announced today that its Board of Directors (the "Board") has declared fourth quarter 2025 common and preferred stock dividends.

Common Stock Dividend

The Board declared a cash dividend of $0.36 per share of common stock. The fourth quarter common stock dividend is payable on February 13, 2026, to stockholders of record as of January 30, 2026.

Preferred Stock Dividend

In accordance with the terms of Rithm Property Trust's 9.875% Series C Fixed-to-Floating Rate Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock ("Series C"), the Board declared a Series C dividend for the fourth quarter 2025 of $0.6171875 per share. The fourth quarter Series C dividend is payable on February 17, 2026, to preferred stockholders of record on February 1, 2026 (with an effective record date of January 30, 2026).
