Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects the award of restricted stock under the Provident 2022 Equity Incentive Plan, 50% of which vest on May 23, 2026 and May 23, 2028, respectively.

2. The ownership of 33,931 shares includes the 9,000 shares described in Note 1; the 3,350 shares of restricted stock under the Provident 2013 Equity Incentive Plan, 50% of which vest on August 12, 2024 and August 12, 2026, respectively; and the 3,357 shares in Mr. Ritter's Employee Stock Ownership Plan account.
