Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 13, 2025, RLI Corp. (“RLI”) announced that its Board of Directors approved a regular quarterly dividend on its common stock of $0.16 per share. The dividend is payable on June 20, 2025 to shareholders of record as of May 30, 2025.
