Regulation FD Disclosure.

As previously announced, on November 15, 2023, Roblox Corporation (the “Company”) will host an Investor Day beginning at 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time. A live audio webcast, as well as a replay of the presentation, will be available on the Company’s investor relations website at ir.roblox.com. In connection with the Investor Day call, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer will provide preliminary financial guidance for 2024, as well as certain long-range financial targets.

The Chief Financial Officer’s presentation will contain “forward-looking statements” within the meaning of the “safe harbor” provisions of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995.
