On August 26, 2024, Roblox Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will be live broadcasting the keynote addresses from its annual Roblox Developers Conference, beginning Friday, September 6, 2024 at 10:00 am Pacific Time. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
