Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 21, 2026, Rocket Lab Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release, providing an update relating to the development of its Neutron rocket. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.

Item 8.01 Other Events.
On January 21, 2026, the Company issued a press release, providing an update relating to the development of its Neutron rocket. Qualification testing of the Stage 1 tank resulted in a rupture during a hydrostatic pressure trial. The team is reviewing the Stage 1 test data, which will determine the extent of the impact to Neutron’s launch schedule.
