Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On May 27, 2025, Ryan McGrath, SVP of Operations of Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to resign effective July 3, 2025. Mr. McGrath’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board of Directors on any matter relating to the operations, policies or practices of the Company.
