On August 10, 2021, Enovix Corporation released its financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2021 by posting its Second Quarter 2021 Update, a letter to its shareholders, on its website. The full text of the letter to shareholders is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

 

On August 10, 2021, the Company issued a press release announcing the release of its financial results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.2 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
