Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 19, 2025, Roivant Sciences Ltd. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update on the myasthenia gravis (“MG”) and chronic
inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (“CIDP”) programs at its subsidiary, Immunovant, Inc. (“Immunovant”). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
