The Board of Directors of Royce Global Value Trust, Inc., a registered closed-end management investment company (the “Fund”), approved changing the name of the Fund from “Royce Global Value Trust, Inc.” to “Royce Global Trust, Inc.” Such name change will become effective as of May 1, 2024. There will be no changes to the Fund’s investment policies or restrictions in connection with such name change. On March 1, 2024, the Fund issued a press release addressing such name change.
