Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On February 3, 2025, Michael Ellis, the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Rumble Inc. (the “Company”), has informed the Company of his resignation from his position effective February 7, 2025, to pursue a position in government. Mr. Ellis’s resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
