Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective June 26, 2024, Min Wei resigned as Chief Operating Officer of RYVYL Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”). Mr. Wei’s departure is for personal reasons and is not the result of any disagreement with management or the Company’s Board of Directors on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
