Item 8.01.	Other Events.

On August 31, 2023, the board of directors of Sachem Capital Corp. (the “Company”) authorized and the Company declared a dividend of $0.484375 per share on the Company’s 7.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (“Series A Preferred”) payable on or about September 30, 2023 to Series A Preferred shareholders of record on September 15, 2023. The payment represents the full amount of the dividend accruing from June 30 through and including September 29, 2023.
