Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On December 1, 2023, the board of directors of Sachem Capital Corp. (the “Company”) authorized and the Company declared a dividend of $0.484375 per share on the Company’s 7.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (“Series A Preferred”) payable on or about December 30, 2023 to Series A Preferred shareholders of record on December 15, 2023. The payment represents the full amount of the dividend accruing from September 30 through and including December 29, 2023.
