Item 8.01.

Other Events.

On February 24, 2025, the board of directors of Sachem Capital Corp. (the “Company”) authorized and the Company declared a dividend of $0.484375 per share on the Company’s 7.75% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock (“Series A Preferred”) payable on March 31, 2025 to Series A Preferred shareholders of record on March 15, 2025. The payment represents the full amount of the dividend accruing from December 30, 2024 through and including March 29, 2025.
