On March 6, 2025, Sachem Capital Corp. issued a press release, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1, announcing that its board of directors authorized and declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per common share to be paid on March 31, 2025 to shareholders of record as of March 17, 2025.
