Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On April 27, 2025, Sadot Group Inc. (the “Company”) with deep sadness announced today that Marvin Yeo, age 53, a member of the Company’s Board of Directors and Sustainability Committee, unexpectedly passed away on Sunday, April 27, 2025. The Board of Directors and the management team offer their sincere condolences to the family and friends of the Yeo family during this difficult time. The Board of Directors intends to evaluate candidates to potentially fill the vacancy to the Board of Directors.
