Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 13, 2024, Sadot Group Inc. (the “Company”) disclosed the Company’s unaudited preliminary revenue results for the month of November 2024, which was $87.9 million, during its conference call discussing its Third Quarter 2024 financial results.
