Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On May 27, 2025, Salesforce, Inc. (the “Company” or “Salesforce”) and Informatica Inc. (“Informatica”) issued a joint press release announcing a definitive agreement pursuant to which the Company will acquire Informatica, on the terms and subject to the conditions set forth therein. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
