On May 9, 2025, Sanuwave Health, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2025. As previously announced, a business update via conference call will occur on May 9, 2025 at 8:30 am EST. Materials are provided on the Company’s website at www.sanuwave.com/investors.
