On January 23, 2026, SB Financial Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly shareholder dividend of $0.155 per share. The dividend is payable on February 27, 2026 to all common shareholders of record as of February 13, 2026.
