On August 30, 2023, Schnitzer Steel Industries, Inc. dba Radius
Recycling issued a press release announcing that the Company’s common stock will begin trading on NASDAQ under the symbol ‘RDUS’ at the open of market trading on September 1, 2023. A
copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
