On September 13, 2021, Scopus BioPharma Inc. (the “Company”) posted a presentation on its website under the “Investors” section. The Company intends to use the presentation from time to time in meetings with investors, including at the H.C. Wainwright 23^rdAnnual Global Investor Conference being held virtually from September 13-15, 2021. A copy of the presentation is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
