Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On April 28, 2025, Seaboard Corporation (the “Registrant”) issued a press release announcing earnings for the three months ended March 29, 2025, and the Board of Directors’ declaration of a quarterly cash dividend of $2.25 per share of common stock, payable on May 19, 2025, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 8, 2025. The full text of this press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
