On June 17, 2024, Sealed Air Corporation (the “Company”) announced, together with Sealed Air Corporation (US), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company (together with the Company, the “Issuers”), the pricing of the Issuers’ offering of $400 million aggregate principal amount of 6.500% senior notes due 2032 (the “Notes”). The Issuers expect the offering to close on June 28, 2024, subject to customary closing conditions. A copy of the press release, dated June 17, 2024, announcing the pricing of the offering of the Notes is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
