| Remarks | (a) The securities are owned by an IRA established f/b/o Justin Mirro.
(b) The securities were acquired for cash by Kensington Capital Sponsor V LLC (the "Sponsor") from "Kensington Capital Acquisition Corp. V" (the "SPAC") in 2021. In October 2021, the SPAC engaged in a business combination transaction with the Issuer. As a result of the transaction, the Sponsor received securities of the Issuer. In October 2021, the Sponsor liquidated and for no consideration distributed the securities of the Issuer owned by the Sponsor to its owners pro rata. |
