*On March 21, 2023, pursuant to that certain Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of December 21, 2022, by and among Berkeley Lights, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Berkeley Lights”), Iceland Merger Sub Inc., a Delaware corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkeley Lights (“Merger Sub”), and IsoPlexis Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), Merger Sub merged with and into the Company (the “Merger”), with the Company surviving the Merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Berkeley Lights.
