(f/k/a Schweitzer-Mauduit, Inc., “Mativ”) and Samurai Warrior Merger Sub, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mativ (“Merger Sub”), Merger Sub merged with and into the Registrant, with the Registrant continuing as the surviving entity and a wholly owned subsidiary of Mativ.
