Christopher Olsen and Mark Kvamme are also Section 16 Reporting Persons with respect to these shares. This entity is acquiring shares of the issuer for the first time and becoming a Section 16 Reporting Person by virtue of being controlled by Christopher Olsen and Mark Kvamme. For future reporting purposes this entity will make joint filings with Mark Kvamme and other entities in the Drive Capital family of funds.
