Explanation of Responses:

1. The option is fully vested and exercisable.

2. The exercise price reported above was converted from the Canadian exercise price of CAD $0.05 using an exchange rate on August 4, 2015 of CAD $1.313 = US $1.00.

3. The shares subject to such option vest and become exercisable annually in substantially equal installments over a four-year period, with the first tranche vested on January 1, 2020, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service to the Issuer on each such date.

4. The exercise price reported above was converted from the Canadian exercise price of CAD $0.43 using an exchange rate on January 1, 2019 of $1.362 = US $1.00.

5. The shares subject to such option vest and become exercisable annually in substantially equal installments over a four-year period, with the first tranche vesting on October 29, 2021, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service to the Issuer on each such date.

6. The exercise price reported above was converted from the Canadian exercise price of CAD $3.08 using an exchange rate on October 29, 2020 of CAD $1.329 = US $1.00.

7. 25% of the shares subject to such option vest and become exercisable on December 31, 2021 and the remainder of the shares vest in substantially equal quarterly installments for a period of 36 months thereafter, subject to the Reporting Person's continuous service to the Issuer on each such date.
