Explanation of Responses:

1. Mr. Mayhew was appointed as the Company's Chief Executive Officer on April 12, 2021. These options were granted to Mr. Mayhew for his services as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

2. 133,334 options shall vest one year from the date of grant and the remaining 266,666 options shall vest equally over the remaining 24 months.
